Greetings everyone, I welcome you all to my blog.
It's another great day to listen to the word of God by his servant Bro Eli Soriano
Not every moment is an opportunity. When you are walking in the ways of the Lord obeying His commandments and following His will you do not need to constantly question whether it is God’s time or not. Being aligned with God gives you the spirit of discernment to recognize the right moment to act. When we understand and walk in the way of God, we are able to know when the time is right to do or carry out something.
Let us consider Galatians 6:10, where the Apostle Paul teaches that whenever we have the opportunity to do good, we should do so. This opportunity represents God’s time—His perfect and appointed moment given to us. Doing good is not something that can always be done at our convenience. Scripture shows us that Satan can hinder the good works we intend to carry out, which is why not every time qualifies as an opportunity.
Another example is found in 1 Thessalonians 2:18, where Apostle Paul expressed his desire to visit the brethren in Thessalonica but said, “Satan hindered us.” This helps us understand the concept of “God’s time” or an “opportune time.” Satan constantly works to block the good things we want to accomplish whether for our families, friends, or fellow believers.
There are always obstacles placed in our path by Satan. That is why, when we encounter a moment where we are able to do good in accordance with God’s commandments, we should recognize it as an opportunity given by God.
So how do we know when it is God’s perfect time? When circumstances allow you to do good without obstruction, it is God’s time. Even when challenges exist, if you are still able to do good for yourself, your family, and others then you can be confident that it is God’s appointed and perfect moment.
