Bring the poor that are cast outside to the house example if you see a poor person outside there bring them home and give them food.
Share your bread with the hungry,help the hungry and give them food for that is the commandment of God.This is according to the Bible and the commandment. Cloth the naked give them clothes to wear help thy fellow brethren.
Even science said that the body cells regenerate after 3 days of fasting when we first according to science it has so many benefits, the benefits involves, It boosts the immune system and also helps the body to fight against infection. It is good too fast. Fasting is very important for us and our health. Fasting and praying to the Lord is very important .when we fast and pray to the Lord is a means of requesting from God but do not do this as a hypocrite you do not need to show up that you are fasting and praying for the father who sees in secret we reward you in secret and openly.
So as couples we have to control our body during fasting and prayer, this is according to the doctrine, Husband and wife do not deprive your body from each other for your bodies are for each other but when praying and fasting abstainance from sexual intercourse is what is requested of us for it is very necessary for the both.
