Evil spirits can touch those who are not born of God. In fact, all the ill experiences that people are having are the works of the devil and his agents. Some of the deaths of our loved ones are caused by the devil. When God was talking to Satan about Job, he told him to touch what he had but not his life. The devil can touch people. He is afflicting many people with many calamities. He is causing so many bad things to happen to people presently. The Bible calls him the god of this age.
You are in danger with the forces of darkness if you are not born of God. Everyone who is not born of God can be touched by the devil. In fact, the devil doesn't just touch them, their destinies belong to the devil. He is the one who drives their lives around. The devil means no good. Why would you refuse to accept the ways of God? As you keep doing your things in your own way, you are willfully surrendering your entire life and destiny unto the devil. The only way to be delivered from the attack of the devil is to submit yourself to Jesus.
