Dealing With Depressed Teens. MCGI TOPIC REVIEW

in MCGI Cares Hive2 days ago

Training a child is the commandment of God. God instructed the parents to train up their children in the way they should go. When the child grows up, he will continue in the things which he or she had learned. The Bible has instructions on how we should train our children. We are to expose the children to the things which they are to learn about life. When these children are well informed about life right from their tender age, they will grow without going into depression.

Philippians 4:6-7 (KJV) Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Children are the heritage of the Lord. They are the fruits of the womb. They are the rewards from God. As God's heritage, we are to show those children the ways of God. We should teach them on the proper ways of living their lives to please God. They need to learn those things that are basic training that are capable of making a person to have a reasonable life. It is the way we train our children that will guide them as they are growing. A person who has already understand what is happening in the world and is exposed to the challenges of life will know how to manage his or herself from the various situations that he or she will meet.
