GREETINGS
Peace be unto you brother and sisters.
I would like to share what l learnt during the teachings of Brother Eli on the 13th version of the doctrine of Christ.
THINGS WE SHOULD NOT DO AS CHRISTIANS
2 corinthians 5 :17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
When we become christians we gain new life with the help of the Holy spirit.There are things we are not expected to do again.As Christians we sometimes make mistakes but we are not to sin deliberately. There are some sins that will be forgiven and there are some sins that will not be forgiven.
WHAT ARE THE GREAT SIN THAT WILL NOT BE FORGIVEN
There are two kinds of Sins which the
Mortal sin /sin unto death
Sin not unto death.
Sin not unto death we must pray for the person but sin unto death we should not pray for the individual according to the word of God.
We must not be disobedient to God.That person should be expell from the church.
Titus 3:10
A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;
SINS UNTO DEATH
Sins unto death are that we committe when we speak against the Holy spirit.The bible calls it blaspheme .
If we dont want to sin against the Holy spirit there are things Bro Eli highlighted from the Bible
Acts 15: 28 -29
For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;
That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.
When we fail to do as the Bible says we are burden with sin which we cannot be forgiven.
These sins must never be found in our lives
eating meats offered to idols
From blood
from stringled things
from fornication
May God grant us more strength and understand each day of life.
Let stay away from food given to idols ,when the food you are offered to eat is given to idols ,is better to eat fruit than to eat that.
Learn to stay away from anything God dislike.
