John 8:44 (NIV)

You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

Anyone who murders is of the devil. Any religion that supports this is also of the devil.

John 16:2 (NIV)

They will put you out of the synagogue; in fact, the time is coming when anyone who kills you will think they are offering a service to God.

You are not doing God any service if you kill. Do good to all men as you will do to those of the household of faith according to the Bible.

Colossians 3:14 (NIV)

And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.

We are to love God with your heart, mind and soul as well as loving your neighbour as yourself. How do you rape, steal and kill if you love as Christ asked us to love?

Matthew 5:44 (NIV)

But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

We are to love our enemies and even those who persecute us because this is the doctrine of Christ. Even God causes His sun and rain to fall on those who are just and the unjust. This will make us to be like our Father in Heaven who regardless of how humans love or not love Him, He still shows us How general mercy and love.

Matthew 5:42 (NIV)

Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.

We are to love our enemies not just in words but in actions. We are to feed them when they are hungry, give them drink when they are thirsty, lend to them if they are in need and give to them when they ask.

The intention of God is to save everyone. We should be good to our enemies so we can lead them to God. Whatever you don't want others to do to you, don't do to others. We have been called to show mercy and when we show mercy we also receive the mercy of God.

Matthew 7:12 (NIV)

So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

We are to be kind to one another and not be selfish. We should try as much as possible to do good. Doing good means obeying God's law.

True love can be demonstrated through works and not just in words. If you have love, irritation for another fellow human would go away.

Ephesians 4:31 & 32 (NIV)

Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

We are to love God first then our fellow men and our enemies. The love of God should reign in our hearts.

Hebrews 13:1 (NIV)

Keep on loving one another as brothers and sisters.

We should allow brotherly love to continue, not just for a day but for ever. We should continue in loving and doing good. A lot of people love in words and as believers, as a lover of God, we should love in actions too. God loves us and He demonstrated that with actions - by sending Jesus Christ to us. While we were yet sinners, Jesus died for us. He demonstrated it by His actions and we should do the same as believers - love people by showing it.
