Mass Indoctrination Day Eleven(11) 22/08/2022.

Greetings in the name of the Lord, it is another great day to learn the doctrines Christ, teachings by brother Eli and brother Daniel. Today was another great day to learn from the word of God, and there are great lessons from the experience.

There is a need for consistent obedience to God’s word, and keeping to vows on a constant level according to the Bible in the book of Isiah1:19 which says, if ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land. There are things that are not even instructed to us but just because we know that it is good and expected, we should go ahead to do it.

Making a vow is a completely voluntary effort, no one forces you to make vow, it is a completely voluntary effort.
We were encouraged in the book of Ecclesiastes5:4 says when thou vowesth a vow unto God, defer not to pay, for he has no pleasure in fools, pay that which thou has vowed. Better is it that thou shouldn’t not vow, than thou should make a vow and not pay.

When we make a vow to God, it should be consistently fulfilled. When we need something from God; fasting, prayers and making vows will speed things up.

We also learnt that, giving should be done willingly, especially in gathering’s, no one should be forced to give at all. Giving should be done according to capacity and not according to being forced. People should not be looked down upon because they cannot be able to give much.

1Cor16:2 says upon the first day of the week, let every one of you lay him in store; as God as prospered him, let it be done willingly.
Contributions in the church of God should be based on capacity and every contribution made should be used for the propagation of the gospel.

Psalm116:17 which says, I will pay my vows to God in the presence of all these people. It is really important to fulfill our vows whenever it is that we make them.

Thanksgiving is very important, we should learn to give thanks consistently but the most type of thanksgiving that God accepts is giving to the poor and the needy.

1Thesalonian5:18 says in everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Thanksgiving of a great importance and consistently we should focus on thanksgiving.

Thanks be to God for listening on our meeting.

MCGI Cares (Hive) community's main mission is to share the words of God, not the Hive upvotes. If we get upvotes, please treat it as just a bonus. Do not focus mainly on material things as the bible is teaching us not to look at things seen but rather focus our eyes on things not seen.

II CORINTHIANS 4:18
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
