We need to expel members who abuse the word of God from the congregation. If we do not expel wicked people from the church they will intend influence other members to be wicked or abuse the word of God.
Rom 1:32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
Rom 2:23 Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God?
Rom 2:20 An instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, which hast the form of knowledge and of the truth in the law.
The question is what are the sins against the Holy spirit? The answer is the blasphemy against the Holy spirit.
Act 15:19 Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God:

Four major things the Apostle James talk about blasphemy against the Holy spirit which are the act of men are
- abstrain from meat offered to idols,
- from blood,
- from the things strangled and
- fornication.
Psa 115:4 Their idols [are] silver and gold, the work of men's hands.
Psa 115:5 They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not:
Psa 115:6 They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not:
Psa 115:7 They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat.
Psa 115:8 They that make them are like unto them; [so is] every one that trusteth in them.
Isa 44:13 The carpenter stretcheth out [his] rule; he marketh it out with a line; he fitteth it with planes, and he marketh it out with the compass, and maketh it after the figure of a man, according to the beauty of a man; that it may remain in the house.
Isa 44:18 They have not known nor understood: for he hath shut their eyes, that they cannot see; [and] their hearts, that they cannot understand.
Worshipping the creatures but the not the creator is an idolatry. They are abominable to God. Mary prayed to God and also worshipped God. All those who worshipped Mary and other saints are also abominable to God.
Rev 22:8 And I John saw these things, and heard [them]. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.
Act 1:13 And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where abode both Peter, and James, and John, and Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew, and Matthew, James [the son] of Alphaeus, and Simon Zelotes, and Judas [the brother] of James.
Gal 4:8 Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods.
We should also remember that false godsare idols and idols are abominable to God. Foods offered to idols are abominable.
Act 10:14 But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.
Lev 17:10 And whatsoever man [there be] of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people.
1Co 6:6 But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers.
1Co 6:18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
1Co 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost [which is] in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
Rev 17:5 And upon her forehead [was] a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
In short we should understand that our body is the temple of God and God dwells in us so we should preserve our bodies for God to dwell in us by fleeing fornication.
