We should not be wary of helping our family. The people that were interviewed said they will continue to help their families until they can no longer work again. They also said they would prioritize their families before other people.
It is not only our family and loved ones that we will show love to but also to everyone around us even our enemy. If we have a chance to do good, we should not withhold it from ourselves. We should use that opportunity to do the will of God.
Even the law of Moses let us know that we should honor our parents. The purpose of honoring our parents is to help them in one way or the other. When we are honoring our parents, we should help them.
We should be able to do anything for our parents because that is the essence of honoring them. There are also some instances when the parent is not able to help their child in the social experiment, but the people were able to help the little girl by being merciful and opening their arms to people is a sign of true religion.
We should not be selfish and greedy so that our things will be able to last in our hands.
I now have a good understanding on how to place our order prioritize. Family is very important to God Almighty and that is why he said we should honor our father and mother. I become clearer to me that we are not only to honor our parents but we should prioritize them because our family is very important to us and the Almighty God.
This teaching helped me to know that I am not only to honor my family but to demonstrate it by helping them with what we have. That is the right way to honor our parents.
The teaching helps me to know the importance of prioritizing our family even though we are to love our fellow men as we love our family. With the understanding, I have gotten from this teaching, I can now go on my daily know the right way to honor my family by helping them with what I have.
