I'm Providence this is my first time of posting in hive blog in Bible Reders hope i am welcomed here. I am here to answer to today's question:
If a man and woman sleep together in the same house due to circumstances that are beyond their control and does not involve in sexual relationship, the Bible is not against that. But if intending couples involve in sexual relationship intentionally then the Bible condemns such act and it is a sin before God.
An example was sighted using the relationship between Mary and Joseph as a Godly example for relationships.
Having sex before marriage is a sin before God and is strongly condemned by God.
1 Corinthians 7:1-2
1 Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman.
2 Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.
From the above verse, it is only lawful to touch a woman that is legally your wife and vice versa.
