Meditation in our world today has become not more or less difficult or will I say a challenging thing to do because people are distracted by the happenings of life and they can't really concentrate anymore to the inner communication with God and that is why most times our meditation is not according to the will of God but then we understand from the teachings of brother Eli Soriano on how Christians should meditation which is to meditate according to the law of God and not the law or doctrine of men because their law is not scripturally backed up they don't believe the truth of the word when we meditate on them the will turn us away from the truth TITUS 1:14 but the Bible in PSALM 1:2-3 tells us the perfect amd right way of meditation which that is to study the word of God day and night and to reflect on what the law of god is saying that is the true meditation God demands from us a meditation that is based on the word of God that is when we study the Bible and read the law of us we think on that and do according to what we have meditated upon and then we will flourish like the palm tree that is planted by the rivers of water ever fruitful
We should also know that when meditating we should be concentrated and focus spirit soul and body so we can hear from God we should not allow the troubles of life to distract our mind they should all be set aside and remain in connectivity with God and his word
We should meditate on doing what the word of God said and live according to the word of God that is now inside of us we should meditate on doing good towards other people and how we can change our world for the better by being good disciples of Christ our love for God should be genuine so also should our meditation be PSALMS 119:97 a concecreation from a pure and perfect heart not think of evil or devices of men but on the solid word of God

When mediation we should ignore things happening in our life and environment and focus on God only to be able to hear him speak to us.
