There are some religions that believe in reincarnation but the bible teaches us otherwise.
Reincarnation is the belief that after death, the soul comes back to earth in another body, living multiple lives in cycles of birth, death, and rebirth. This belief is common in Eastern religions like Hinduism and Buddhism, but it has also found its way into modern spirituality.
The Bible teaches a different concept: that each person lives once and then faces judgment.
"It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.” — Hebrews 9:27
This verse directly challenges the idea of multiple lifetimes. It makes clear that human life follows a linear path of life, death and judgment, not life, death and rebirth.
The Bible shows that God created each person uniquely:
Psalm 139:13;
“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.”
This means each soul is individually made by God, not recycled from a previous body. Our identity is eternal and unrepeatable, not something that shifts from body to body.
I know that some people point to verses like Matthew 17:10-13;
Jesus said John the Baptist came “in the spirit of Elijah.” Some mistake this as reincarnation. But it means John carried Elijah’s prophetic spirit and power, not that Elijah’s soul was reborn.
Reincarnation is not biblical. The Bible teaches that we live once, die once, and face God’s judgment — not repeated cycles of rebirth. Each person has a God-given identity and eternal destiny.

Thank you very much for taking time to read me. Have a wonderful day!
Reincarnation is not of God.
Reincarnation is not biblical, therefore let's not believe it because it is appointed for man to live and die after which judgement follow.
