Greetings!
It's God's commandment to us Christians to do good to all men and everyone no matter who they are, even if they are not members of the church.
Galatians 6:10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
According to the above scripture verse, we are to do good to all men, and most especially to those in the household of faith.
However, the scripture is not limiting us to those in the house of faith alone, but to everyone not minding what part of the society they belong to? Who are they? Or what they do?
The only thing is that, so far they need help, they must be helped by us. So, according to Bro. Eli, everyone that needs help should and must be helped by us Christians.
The summary of this is that we shouldn't discriminate when it comes to us rendering helps to people. We should not be like this one doesn't belong to us.
We should consider everybody who needs help to be part of us, not only those in the house of faith alone but every other person who is due for help.
In conclusion, helping others should be our priority as Christians as it's the commandment of God to help all men and just as his commandments are not grievous we should consider helping others as a point of call.
