Summary of lessons learnt from Brother Eli's teachings
From the teachings I learnt that married couples we should love themselves not deprive our spouse of our bodies because we are no longer the owners of our bodies expect when fasting and praying.
1 Corinthians 7:3-5
3:Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband.
4:The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife.
5:Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.

I learnt that when fasting we should free ourselves and avoid sin.
Isaiah 58:6
6:Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

Also when fasting we should give food to the hungry and cloth those that are naked and that fasting and praying brings healing and good health.
Isaiah 58:7:Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?
8:Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the Lord shall be thy reward.

When fasting and praying we should keep it secret not been hypocritic
Matthew 6:18
18:That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.

Husband should take care of his wife and family and relatives, because any man who doesn't take care of his family is equal to an unbeliever.
I Timothy 5:8
8:But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.

When a woman is praying she should have her head covered with a veil and a man is expected to open his head when praying to God.
I Corinthians 11:13-15
13:Judge in yourselves: is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered?
14:Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?
15:But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering.

Wife should be submissive to get husband for he the head over her.
Ephesians 5:24
Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

Wife should dress decently not exposing get body meant for her husband by wearing tight clothes that are revealing and tempting other men that is not her husband to sin.
Matthew 5;28
But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
II Peter 2:14
Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:
