The Bible tells us drunkenness, revelings,
including drug addiction, that they which do such things shall not inherit the Kingdom of God. So how do we deal with these things? We deal with them with faith, faith in God. We need to have faith in God, believe in His words, in His teachings. By doing so we will realize how important life is.
A lot of people waste their lives on hard drugs when they can be useful citizens of the earth, of their community, or even their family. One can bring trouble to the entire family, if such person is a drug addict. Consuming hard substances cause us more harm than good. The part of the brain that gives us control and power over our being will be destroyed totally by drugs.
For every kind of addiction someone is consumed by, such person should have faith in God. Because by faith, the Lord Jesus Christ guarantees we can move mountains. We can take away things which are very hard to be taken away. Neither our schools, our institutions, and the churches established by men can take all this evil away from our being. It is only through faith, and that faith is taught of in the Bible.

When we train our selves to get used to the things of God, we will overcome every addiction
