Not all religions believe and serve the same God. Every religion has its own God. They all serve whatever they know to be true for them. We are not serving the same God as those who are not christians. The God of the christians is different from the god of other religions. There are so many gods in the world. It is so because everyone serves whatever he or she thinks that it is a god.
Even among those who are christians or who are known as christians, they are different sects who believe in many different types of gods. We cannot say that they are believing in the same God when they have differences in their beliefs. If we were serving the same God, we would all accept the same thing. But as it is, we do not believe in the same God.
Among the christians, they are those who do not believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. They refuse to accept the sonship of our Lord even when the Bible says so. These sects of christians, still call themselves christians but they argue that God has never gotten a wife, so he has no son.
Also, there are other christian groups, who do not believe in the writings of the apostle Paul. So, looking at all these, it is very clear that we are not serving the same God.
Understanding who is the true God is an important aspect of our religious life. We must not just believe and accept anything. We must know who the true God is.
