Nothing like a good crash to remind us that the majority of our portfolios should be in solid projects that we know will be here in 5 years, not shitcoins based on cartoon dogs. NFTs are no different: if you paid $40,000 for a pixelated goth chick smoking a cigarette, dump that nonsense now before you take a -99% loss on it. In fact, the (art) NFT market's bubble has not even popped yet, they have the furthest to fall, even more than dog shitcoins.
Furthermore, this is a prime time to BUY solid projects like BTC, ETH, and XMR (I like to call these 3 the "holy trinity"), not sell. I have basically been able to retire 30 years early due to crypto, and it is because I had discipline and patience and did not let fear or fomo take hold. If you hold BTC and ETH, and are not too concerned about the amounts you hold of each, you can also look into liquidity pools, though you should NEVER put 100% of your assets into these pools, due to risk of hacks or the exchange stealing your funds themselves.
Regarding privacy, for both personal privacy and other financial reasons, you should also be putting a small % of our weekly earnings into a PRIVATE investments, in case you are robbed, divorced, or other certain extreme circumstances. Monero is the gold standard and the most wide acceptance, and a newer project called "Haven Protocol" (XHV) uses Monero privacy tech to also offer private stablecoins for the first time ever. Both are excellent choices, though Monero is much safer and more established. You can also get a few ounces of physical gold for emergencies, as it is easy to grab in a rush and small enough to easily conceal.
