TikTok vs Red Dog

TikTok gave me 2 strikes for the following two PERFECT videos, the first video was a two-seconds-long clip which was from a home-video I made with my brother in 2001, it sort of looks like I was dancing with my brother in that short video, and the second video being a review for that Civil War movie that came out in theaters in April of 2024.

I've included a two-minute-long video below showing the two videos TikTok gave me strikes for today. I didn't link to those videos in this article but I could add links later.

TikTok vs Red Dog

Probably not gonna upload to TikTok even tho this video doesn't break TikTok rules
First strike was over this two-seconds-long silent/mute video which is just a clip from an hour-long movie I made with my brother in 2001
Second strike was over this review video I did on the Civil War movie that came out in April of 2024

The following is going to describe the two videos that TikTok took down today. TikTok gave me two strikes for these videos. The video above shows you a little bit about those two videos. I talk a little bit about these two videos and I mention a few other things too. I included a few links for more information relating to censorship and what not. I always want to say more but I'm gonna stop for now and just publish this even tho it's very incomplete.

TikTok gave me two strikes today for the following 2 videos, the first being a clip from Gangster Run and the second being a review for the Civil War movie that came out this year.

First strike TikTok gave me today was for a two-seconds-long clip I uploaded from Gangster Run which was a movie I made with my brother and my mom at our trailer in the ghetto in Oregon in the year 2001, I played the main character named Big Red Dog Mickey Morehead. My brother played a cop who was going after me. We filmed around ten minutes on a Friday night in July of 2001. It was the day before my brother flew back to his college in Oklahoma. My mom homeschooled her four children which included me. I decided to finally attend public high school the previous year in 2000. Part of me wanted to quit as I felt bullied at school. I felt many different things. I blamed myself for some of it. So, part of me wanted to run away. Part of me wanted to fly off to live with my brother, Rick Arnold, in Tulsa. Ironically, I was playing a gangster who was more confident than the introverted geek I was at that time. In the movie, I stole money from an old lady who was played by my mom. The movie takes place in New York City and ironically we filmed this movie roughly a month before 9/11 or September Eleven with the planes crashing into the World Trade Center which had three buildings fall in NYC as Building 7 also crashed. What is so Ironic Mystic is we see the fall of Red Dog in our movie and then see fall of these buildings around a month later in real life. The cop, played by my brother, runs into Red Dog. So, they fight. Red Dog was a dangerous gangster who would steal, murder, whatever. But at one point he tries to break into a house and a man said God protected the house. The man probably prayed. Red Dog tried getting into the house but a force field stopped him. Red Dog also has a crazy brother also played by me in the movie. Eventually, Red Dog decided to say the sinner's prayer with somebody and get saved. At the very end, Red Dog was a new man. Red Dog was born again making this a Christian movie. The clip that was deleted off TikTok was two-second long, it was just me like pretend kicking and punching my brother during a fight sequence. I think TikTok said it broke the rules because it was too violent or whatever which in reality it isn't really that bad and you could probably find worse on TikTok and many websites. It looks like I was dancing in that short clip TikTok removed. I was fighting with my brother. But it was just a movie, it's called acting and there was no blood. Was not that extreme, no gore, no guts, no guns. Well, a Christian movie which makes TikTok racist against Christians. Oh boy. This short video didn't actually violate TikTok community guidelines, their policies, their terms and services, their rules, it's that simple. I appealed and I lost the appeal. I think their AI just rejected my appeal or perhaps a random staff quickly rejected my appeal even as I won appeals in the past.

Second strike TikTok gave me today was for a transformative fair-use spoiler review video I made for the Civil War movie that premiered in theaters in April of 2024. It was just a film. I simply made a commentary movie about it. I uploaded many review videos over the years. This was just another random review video that I released which was similar to other videos I published. I'm not gonna bore you right now with everything that I've done in my life but do know I'm pretty predictable if you connect the dots. I've been publishing my autobiography and daily blogs and video vlogs on all the websites for so many years. I started using the Internet more so around maybe 1995 meaning these past like 29+ years meaning I wasn't born yesterday and I've been uploading and publishing so much everywhere on the world wide web for decades making me the most transparent oatmeal in the world meaning you know who I am and what I do and yet people still try to lie about me and spread Oatmeal Fake News even as it is all out there all over the place the truth about Oatmeal for the record for those who have thousands of hours to search, research, investigate, gather, collect, organize, outline, summarize, archive, consolidate, syndicate, mirror, copy, save, put together, analyze, correlate, compare, contrast, and really study all my work and everything in order to come to conclusions therein both good and bad beyond surface-level book-cover-judging reaction which most people do by default most of the time subliminally or subconsciously.

Many social media networks and video platforms like YouTube and TikTok may have the general three strikes and then you're out kind of thing happening. I'm not exactly sure how TikTok does it but I know I currently have two strikes. After that, I may get a third strike. Hard to say if I'll be allowed to appeal the suspension of what is currently my only account and channel on TikTok with 7334 followers as of right now.

Without spending too much time talking about how I've been banned many times off many websites since at least like the year 2010 or longer, I wanted to quickly say YouTube stole my bike or I mean over ten thousand videos.

I didn't want to spend too much time trying to go over the history of every single time I got suspended off websites on the Internet. But I did want to say that I'm not new to this. I wanted to simply say for the record that these were the two videos I got my two strikes for. Many good people got banned off websites for doing good. It's one thing if bad people get terminated off social media or if good people end up doing bad things and then they get banned, but it's another thing when good people get kicked off sites even when they didn't actually violate terms and services. Like if you didn't actually break the rules, the community guidelines, then you didn't actually breach the contract, the arrangement, the deal. I don't want to talk too much about the debate between whether or not TikTok is a publisher or a platform. I didn't want to bore you regarding laws and fair use and free speech and private property ownership rights and other related topics dealing with censorship, tyranny, and whatever else that might be directly or indirectly related. I just wanted to briefly mention a few things and then just publish this article as is without trying to proofread this. I apologize for typos and whatever else, this is also my disclaimer. I always have more to say. I have so many points I try to make. I try to get ahead of the Oatmeal Fake News that has been going around since like the 1900s offline and online since like 2009 or earlier. I'm not sure if I'm going to try to update this article someday or what. I may include a few links in this article for the record.

Did you hear about my 2022 SnapChat Scam? I was trying to prove a point that people will run with fake news without looking into the details, people refuse to read past headlines.
