@eddiespino here! Happy to be back on this community and with some updates about this project. I'm very excited because in just four weeks I have been able to see good results with this account. I have limited funds at the moment and I can's invest as I would but I'm using my time and energy so this project can grow, at least little by little.
This post is also going to be in Spanish so I can reach a bigger audience.

I took de decision to finally reactivate @aliento exactly 28 days ago. The first thing that I did was to delegate some Hive Power from my personal account (@eddiespino).
From there I started increasing the delegation and I added som HivePower from @grisvisa account who is my lovely wife, an awesome illustrator, and my partner in crime. Right now Aliento has almost 9,500 Effective Hive Power:
Without making formal requests people are already starting to delegate to @aliento. Thank you @fmbs25 and @garybilbao for supporting this project! The other users that are delegating did it because of a contest where we ended up in second place. It was a Hive Power up Contest.
We have also made some temporary delegations to new users like @seathespirit, @freidimar18, and @johariadna so they have enough Resource Credits to interact on the blockchain. We will be delegating to them for a few more days because they have received good support on their first posts and they will have their own HivePower soon. That way we can also help more new users.
And also we are officially now a Minnow! We have made several power-ups to reach this goal and the goal is to reach Dolphin before the year ends, we might be able to do it by October, but I don't want to force it a lot. To achieve this goal we will continue posting updates, tips, recommendations, and motivational posts to obtain author rewards, and also we will keep voting for new and not that new users to help them grow and help us grow. As we have said, we believe in win-win scenarios, always.
Also some of the rewards form our posts in @eddiespino and @grisvisa will go to @aliento.
Another big goal that we have is to improve our profile image. Find the best words to describe what the project is all about, design a logo, mascot, and make illustrations and graphics so that we can make our posts more beautiful. Right now our profile is very plain and simple, the only cool thing is the badge that we got form @hivehustlers, thank you @nulledgh0st!
Also: We know it's not something very important but we want to improve our reputation to above 60 in the upcoming weeks.

Winning 18 dollars a week is not that bad! I would like to 10x that as soon as possible so the project can become profitable and I could start taking some profits. This is only the beginning we have so many ideas and so much energy and inspiration the goal is to help HIVE grow, not only the Spanish speaking community buy everyone.
As I've said before Aliento is not a community, we don't have a Discord. Aliento wants to help and mentor people in one by one chat, by curation content by leaving good feedback in people's posts. As a matter of fact, we have been commenting a lot from this account. We have been supporting the #hivetestimony initiative by @theycallmedan and also we have welcomed some new users to the Blockchain.

Conclusion:
Aliento is still like a baby, it has to be nurtured and taken care of. We want to increase the Hive Power of the account but we are still not going to request delegations openly as we don't want to be a curator that votes just for profit. We want the HivePower in the account is given because the delegators want to support the project and the users supported by the project. Maybe in the future, we will think of ways of how everyone can be benefited, delegator, curators, users voted, and the project itself. For now, we will continue doing our promotion work and helping as most Hivers as we can.

En este momento nuestro perfil es muy simple, lo único genial es la insignia que obtuvimos de @hivehustlers, gracias @nulledgh0st!
También: Sabemos que no es algo muy importante pero queremos mejorar nuestra reputación a más de 60 en las próximas semanas.

De hecho, hemos estado comentando mucho desde esta cuenta. Hemos estado apoyando la iniciativa #hivetestimonio de @theycallmedan y también hemos dado la bienvenida a algunos nuevos usuarios a la Blockchain.

Conclusión:
Aliento sigue siendo como un bebé, tiene que ser nutrido y cuidado. Queremos aumentar el poder de la cuenta pero no vamos a pedir delegaciones abiertamente ya que no queremos ser un curador que vota sólo por el beneficio. Queremos que el Poder Colmena de la cuenta se dé porque los delegados quieren apoyar el proyecto y los usuarios apoyados por el proyecto. Tal vez en el futuro, pensaremos en formas de cómo se puede beneficiar a todos, al delegado, a los curadores, a los usuarios que votan y al propio proyecto. Por ahora, seguiremos haciendo nuestro trabajo de promoción y ayudando a la mayoría de los Hivers como podamos.
