We can, an internal discussion was had and it was agreed upon that in addition to OTC presales, Hive-Engine presales could also occur. Since airdropped tokens will be staked when they're received, there won't be a massive influx of tokens being dumped immediately (which would slam the price).
And of course, since we're not airdropping miners ($HUSTLERM), the story is the same there. Guess I wasn't thinking too clearly earlier when I responded haha 😅
