It's important to find the leaks on where you are wasting your time, money, and energy and find out where you can tighten things up.

Sometimes I still waste more time and energy than I wanted on social media. I managed to completely get rid of Facebook but I still find myself scrolling my Instagram feed from time to time.
I'm trying to get rid of that as well and devote all that time and energy to Hive.
