I thought they would not be able to hatch because as you can see they are such small leaves and had swollen so much with water. But I managed to leave them in the sun without humidity for a week and they responded. Now I did moisten their substrate a bit.

Don't give them too much sun. It might actually burn the leaves. This one is not too much of a sun lover.
Thank you for your advice. In fact they are all under a semi-shade net roof. The sun here is too strong for everyone.
