This species is not fasciata but reinwardtii. They are coarctates and they grow on little columns.
After genetic studies, it was decided to place these in a genus now called haworthiopsis. They are some of my favourites, too

Unless it is a hybrid, it will do it in time, especially if they are exposed to morning sunlight
Yes, I have it exposed to the sun. I already see color changes in the tips of its leaves.
