I think sweetness is my weakness. Yo the healthy lifestyle gets tough in a country with 4 seasons. Used to walk run most mornings but the morning coldness takes some more will power 😂

I also don't want to get out in the cold weather here in the Northern hemisphere, but with good public transport walking is a part of it. Have never walked this much back to back in my life 😅🙈.
