How long did it take you to clear 2nd city?
Not sure anymore i think a few weeks. but traveled first to the 4th city to get some better gear and especially some extra DR.
Aldoria to farm chests...
Those chest are still needed also on higher levels. so they have a nice value and you can use them yourself as well.
After reading your post I'll probably go down that route sooner than later, straight to the 4th city; thought we had to follow the progression, but given the possibility the chances of good loot + drubble seem to good to pass!
