This arguably should have been the first article I should have posted. But instead, it is my fifth. But hopefully, my previous experiences will make this one much better.
This guide is made for the free-to-play players out there.
RollerCoin is a browser game where you simulate mining cryptocurrencies while actually getting cryptocurrencies. And the amount of crypto you will receive is determined by your hashrate. So how can you get or increase your hashrate?
In this game as a free to play player, you will, in the beginning, need to know two numbers regarding your hashrate. The first one is MH/s or Mega Hash per Second. After this comes TH/s or Terra Hash per Second. TH/s is 1000 times, or 10 to the power of 3, larger than MH/s.
In the beginning, this is mainly done by playing. After you successfully beat a game you will get a set amount of hashrate. The amount of hash you get depends on which of the games you played, and the difficulty of that game. Unfortunately the hash you gain from playing a game only lasts for 7 days from after you won the game.
This means that you have 7 days to build up your hash power. Then after that your aim should be to try and maintain the same hash power you built up during the first 7 days.
There are however three other ways to get hash power. One of them is a certain drop you can get after you have won a game. These are fairly small and come in three different sizes: 100, 200, and 300 MH/s. So a fairly small amount. But they do add up. The drawback with them is they only last for 24 hours.
The last two ways to gain hashrate come from miners. And there are ways for a free to play player to gain miners. The easiest way is by playing a lot of games. There is a small chance that you will gain one as a drop after winning a game. The second way to gain a miner is by participating in the seasonal events. If you gain enough exp, you can gain one or more miners. And the last way is to simply buy one for the in-game currency. But this is a free to play guide you say. And yes it is. I will get to the part on how you can gain in-game currency further down.
The last way to gain hashrate also comes from miners. And this is the collection bonus. Every unique type of miner you have in your collection comes with a bonus % based on your hashrate. So having several different miners can be beneficial for this reason alone.
Now that you know how to increase your hashrate it is time to talk about what to do with it. First, you need to determine what your goal with playing the game is. Is it to try and get a regular but small payout in crypto? Or is it simply to play, have some fun and waste a little time? I will assume your goal falls in the first category. If it does not, that is perfectly fine as well. And you can probably get just as much use from this guide as the layer with the other goal.
So in order for you to build up your hashrate as high, and as fast as possible. I recommend that you pick one cryptocurrency and stick to mining only that one. I recommend picking either RLT, the in-game crypto, or BNB. this is for two reasons. Switching around between the different types, or dividing your hashrate between more than one coin. Will only leave you a little crypto of every type. And this little amount is not enough to convert to in came currency or withdraw. And in order for you to be able to get as much in-game currency as fast as possible, it is better to simply mine one type of crypto and convert it to RLT, aka in-game currency.
But why BNB over all the other available cryptos? Well, there are a few reasons for this. When I did the match for my account, two weeks back. I found that my daily earnings in $ were about the same for the cryptos that played the most, all cryptos but Dogecoin and RLT. but the big difference was with the minimum amount required for a payout. Here I was able to reach the minimum amount about 2 to 3 times faster with BNB than any other coin. So this is the reason why I recommend BNB over the other cryptos. But of course, the numbers that were in use for me can change. So I recommend you check for yourself to see if any of the others are just as beneficial as BNB.
Also do note that at the current moment both SOL and Matick can not be withdrawn from RollerCoin.
There is another way as well for players to earn RLT in the game, other than mining it themselves. And that is to either complete surveys of offers on the taskwall. Personally, I have had trouble with getting my rewards for completed offers. I have sent several tickets about this to the support at RollerCoin. And they have all been answered in the same way. With no answer at all. So I can not recommend players to try and complete offers. Do so at your own leisure. Just be aware that they might not work out for you. So if you choose to do them, try and choose the offers where you do not have to pay any real money in order to complete them. And offers that are fast to complete.

What I however have had success with is the surveys. So these I can recommend. The amount they pay out can vastly vary. So make sure to check in on them several times a day in order for you to find the best-paying ones.
One important thing to know about the surveys is that you use another site to complete surveys. These will be the same surveys. So you will only be able to complete them once, so you need to choose which site you want to complete them on.
So what should you then do with all this RLT you have amassed in the game from mining and completing surveys or offers? As I see it there are two things that I would recommend. Depending on the amount you have. The first option you should consider is to buy the cheap version of a season pass at the start of a season. And then try and earn as much exp that season to get the most out of your season pass. A season pass usually costs around 100 RLT. So as a newer player you probably have quite fewer RLT than that. So what I then recommend you do is invest in the most efficient miners you can get. And remember the collection bonus only counts for the first miner of each type you get. With one small caveat. Crafting.
We will not talk briefly about crafting. As you play and win the games in RollerCoin you have probably noticed that you sometimes get fans, wires, or hashboards of different rarities. These can be used for crafting miners. Or more accurately it should be called upgrading miners. Most of the miners you come into contact with as a new player in RollerCoin can be upgraded. This requires a set number of components. Fans, wires, and hashboards, as well as two miners of the same type. If you got all this you can then upgrade your miner. This will increase the hashrate of the miner as well as its collection bonus. On top of that, it will now count as a completely new type of miner. Meaning you can get a third miner now and again for the collection bonus for that miner.
With miners also comes having to worry about having enough power. As long as you play at least one game each day and remember to press the recharge button this is all you need to know about power. Playing one game each day is also optional as all it does is makes sure you keep the best computer. This lets you have the most power stored. Allowing you to be inactive for the highest number of days. It has no other effect on the game
The last thing I want to talk to you about is choosing what game to play. If you look at the information on each game you will see that there are four games that stand out way above the rest. These four games are: Token Blaster, Cryptonoid, Lambo Rider, and Crypto Hamster. And what sets these games apart from the rest is the amount of hashpower you gain for winning a game. For all of these games, they give you over 1000 MH/S. So when choosing a game to play these four should be your priority. The second tire game is only a single one, Token Surfer. This gives you far less hashrate than the first three but still more than the third tire games. And here I would place the games Dr. Hamster and Jump Rocket. And the hashrate you get from these is still ok. The other games I would recommend you only play when you either have to or if all of the good games are on cooldown.

Also, it is important to note that with each game you win. The difficulty will increase. You will also gain a slightly higher amount of hashrate for completing a more difficult game. This difficulty is not permanent, it only lasts for 12 hours after you win a game. So if you play 15 games in the morning you can then play more in the evening, 12 hours later.
Here is also a small tip for you when it comes to maximizing your playtime. After you have won a game you do not have to sit and wait for the verification to complete. If you instead press the "games" button you will be taken back to the game menu and can now immediately start a new game.
Also, note that playing the games on your phone will have a very different gaming experience compared to if you play on your desktop. So if you play on your mobile you have to test the games to see which one you are able to play and win.
