I think my favorite activity we did in Montana this past week was hiking to Ousel Falls. It was the perfect hike for little kids and me too. It’s around 1.7 miles round trip. Most of the time you are hiking by the river with little mini water falls the whole way.
The hike should only take about a hour I would think. We ended up being on the trail for about 3 hours though. Every single time the kids saw a spot on the river they wanted to play we stopped and let them. It was wonder to just relax and mosey along.
Take a look at the best shot my wife got of the falls.

Here are some from my camera!

Sure enough my kid had tons of pictures of his little animals. Haha. I had to share one here.

I hurt my foot the next day so my time was cut short. Time to start planning another trip back to Big Sky Montana. I want to spend a whole week up there next time.

Incredible pictures, what a beautiful hike. It looks like great weather too!
The little animal on the rock is adorable.
I have about 159 pictures of different 3d printed animals on my phone. Lol. The kids were moving taking pictures of them.
That is awesome! I've never been to that part of Montana before, at least not to that area. I've been all over most of western Montana and most of Wyoming at one time or another. Great pictures! Sorry to hear about the foot, hopefully nothing too serious!
Awesome! Makes me want to get over to Montana!
