Valle Grande is an ideal place to practice adventure tourism thanks to its mountains, lakes, islets and lush vegetation. It is located on the banks of the Atuel River, 40 kilometers south of the town of San Rafael, in the province of Mendoza. The place houses one of the most important bodies of water in the province, the Valle Grande reservoir. This structure is characterized by green-turquoise waters and imposing concrete walls, from where you can get a privileged view of the Atuel Canyon, which reaches a height of 3,500 meters above sea level. This ancient wonder has an area of 50 kilometers and surprises tourists with its colorful formations, carved by the waters of the Atuel River.
