Welcome to the Region of Aragon and welcome to Teruel. 2 1/2 hours by car from Valencia, Teruel is a worthwhile trip from Valencia. Known for its Mudejar architecture, which combines Islamic and Christian designs you can still see in these days.
The city boasted 10 of the Medejar towers but of these only 4 are still standing and are now protected by UNESCO.
Teruel is one of those beautiful medieval cities where it's just a pleasure to get lost in the narrow streets and wonder around. Have you ever been to Teruel? What do you like most about the city?
