Mike and I have both a thing for coastal hikes and if you throw in a beautiful canyon we'd call it a perfect hike. We set out early morning on a Saturday at the parking lot of the Barranco de Ruiz (Ruiz Canyon) and hiked into the canyon and up to the ridge to ascent again down to the coastline.

We stopped at this super cute restaurant called Casa de Mi Madre in San Juan de la Rambla, we scored a table on their rooftop terrace and couldn't have been happier. Great food, better wine and stunning views.

tenerife is actually so stunning! I was flirting with the idea of going tenerife in the beginning of the month but then the travel advice from here changed and we ended up going curacao..

but! Tenerife looks awesome and surely I will get a trippy to there soon!

No way ... I'm going to send you our Curcao eBook if you like! This year Tenerife will be loaded with Digital Nomads!!! But yeah Tenerife is pretty awesome!

Im already back!!! :(((((

it was only a short week but a good one!

I can imagine tenerife getting a whole different function this year indeed. and because it is so accessable it might just get very busy indeed.

I must admit that I the sea water temperature in the caribbean was a bit sweeter ;)

Oh no .. sooo short! We miss Curacao!!! Haha .. you know how many times I went swimming last winter on Tenerife ... Well .. ZERO times!!!
