When we first visited the Teno Lighthouse, on the way back while driving I noticed this abandoned greenhouse and was very intrigued by it and kept thinking about it afterwards about it .. why didn't I stop to check it out?

So, next time we want back the Teno Lighthouse- I stopped the car, grabbed my camera, ran over and started taking pictures and videos. It was so eerie - that fabric just floating in the light breeze (floating lost spirits), the rusty frames and all the broken glass from side of the construction and the roof!

Gulp, I then realized if it would have been windier, some of these half broken glass pieces from the top could have easily slid out of the frames, sliding down in an angle and slicing off my head. What a way to go!

Another great abandoned spot on Tenerife - A Giant Satellite Dish.

This video was recorded with this camera.

Some great abandoned sites on that island! Thanks for the post, now i‘m curious to visit 🖖🏼😎🤙🏼

Tenerife has such a bad rep .. but it's actually an incredible island and you can totally get away from the mass tourism!

Yep, every mass tourism destination has it’s sweet spots, one just has to want to find them 🖖🏼😎🤙🏼

Not a lot left.., any history?

The farmer probably just has given up that greenhouse ... the ones out of glass are not very common anymore ... they use the ones wrapped plastic. Probably cheaper and easier to maintain.
