The trip to Bromo at that time was arguably full of drama, hahaha. From the start, the weather was not favorable. The total trip was almost 12 hours because of the non-stop rain. When we arrived at Bromo, the cold was no joke. Even thick jackets still felt penetrating.
When I arrived at the location, I was honestly a bit disappointed because the weather was still bad - drizzling and thick fog. So, we just took a few pictures with our friends, the important thing is to have documentation. After that, we immediately decided to look for lodging. The body is already tired, it's cold anyway.
When we went back through the whispering sand, the road was all wet, very quiet... but somehow, there was a sense of calm too. It wasn't crowded, but it became memorable. The point is, even though you don't get the perfect view, Bromo still leaves exciting stories to tell.
If you often visit interesting places, you may be interested in that there is a photographic competition that focuses on "visits" of interesting places. The competition is called Around the World and another competition round has just been opened. If you are interested, you will find competition rules in this article.
