You have all seen the beautiful island photos or tv shows with incredible turquoise waters and islands with white beaches....that is Krabi Island.

Krabi is one of the most far southern Provinces of Thailand. If you know where Bangkok is, Krabi is south of this bustling city. Krabi is actually a series of small islands with jutting Limestone cliffs shooting up from the water.

It's a paradise for water and beach goers and can't say enough about how friendly the locals were to have us visit their beautiful islands.

Depending on which island and beach you visit, it can feel a bit crowded to feeling like you are all alone and have paradise to yourself. It was so quiet out on the waters as we would turn off the boat engines and take in the sites.

If you love to snorkel or do deep sea diving, this place is perfect for you. The water is clear and the coral reefs are in great shape.

The beach photo speaks for itself. The sands are brilliantly white with the contrast of the blue waters and sky.

I would say Krabi is a place to go to escape and unwind from the hustle and bustle of city life. It's a place to go if you love water sports and staying outdoors in the sun/shade....it doesn't matter.

I will add, if you enjoy photography, these islands provide a treasure trove of panoramic views. The locals are so friendly and the small cafes provide the local cuisine flavor.

What amazed me is the beauty of the limestone cliffs providing a stone maze on the water. It's like no other place I have ever been before.

We will all be much happier with the lockdown and travel restrictions easing. Krabi might be that place for you after being homebound for so long. It really is a special place.

Thank you for reading.

อยากไปเที่ยวอีก👍🏻😁

เอาไว้ปีหน้า คงได้ไปเที่ยวกันอีก 😀

Beautiful scenery that you captured quite exquisitely! I saw a sit on top kayak in the first photo. Are things like that for rent around there? I would love to paddle among the monoliths. 😀

Yes, you can rent the kayak or boat for paddle to see fish and caves.....thank you very much for stopping by 🙏🏼😀

I wanna go next time. Thailand’s beaches are beautiful.
