We didn’t sleep well last night. The next morning we got up at 7:00 am. Took our necessary accessories and leave the hotel. Before leaving we checkout of the hotel. The manager assured us that we could keep our baggages in the hotel and they would take the full responsibilities. So we leave our baggages there and leave for Napittachora.

Nappittachora is a hilly place which contain four waterfalls, and full of natural beauties. It will also satisfy your thrust of adventure.

First we have our breakfast. We bought water and snacks for the trail. Then we went to the highway. It started to drizzle. Today we would be tracking in the hills so we got pretty tensed the trail would be slippery and slippery means risky. A fall could cause injured to us.

We hired a vehicle and six of us board into it. I am sorry to say I forgot the stoppage where the vehicle dropped us. It was about twenty five minutes journey from Shitakundu Bazar. The vehicle drop us in the entrance of a village. The hills are on the other side of the village. As it is a tourist spot so we met some other tourists there. There were some local guides who wanted to be hired by us. But I mentioned earlier that we want the taste of adventure. So we were on our own like Barobkundo. It was about 8:20 when we started our trailing through the village.

IMG_20200817_182503.jpg

I mentioned earlier it was drizzling. So there was mud and water in the village road. We were crossing them. The rain already had stopped. But the mud thing was bothering us. The sun started to shine. Village children were watching us like aliens. We felt a little awkward there but It was a new experience. About 1 hour had passed we started walking. We have some tea in a village tea stall and they were treating us like guest and that was great. There were some stall who were taking order for the lunch. This is the policy there. After tracking you will take rest, get fresh there and have the lunch. But you have to place a order first. So we place a order for six of us, and advance some payments. And again started to walk.

IMG_20200817_182638.jpg

After walking for more 20 minutes the hills came to our sight. We get excited to see the hills. They were far from us about one hour or more walking distance. The sun was shining and was getting warmer.
We crossed the village. But there was crops fields around us. We were going through them, wind was blowing a perfect weather for trailing.

IMG_20190819_122250_compress36.jpg

There was small canal. The water level was below our chest. We need to cross that point by walking. So we pack our phones and belongings; took them on our head and crossed the water. It was fun crossing the water like that. After crossing it we found the main stream that has been created from the water falls.

IMG_20190819_082613_compress19.jpg

So we took the stream. First we were avoiding to get down in the stream but at a sudden point we needed to take the watery way. So we got in the stream and started to walk through the water. It wasn’t easy to walk in the water. You need to use more energy while walking and the most disgusting part was the pebbles under the water. They were hurting our legs. Sometime we stepped on slippery rocks and fall in the water. We were enjoying the trail.

IMG_20200817_175344.jpg

After trailing for more than 45 minutes we heard a noise of waterfall. We were excited to see it. So we gather our energy, the current of water was increasing as we were closing by. Finally we got to see the water fall. The waterfall wasn’t high but it was satisfying. The water was falling over the black rocks. We could see the rocks through the Crystal clear water. It started to drizzle again. We get drenched in the water and enjoying the beauty. We took around 15 minutes there to enjoy it’s beauty.

IMG_20200817_175253.jpg

Now we needed to climb up the waterfall and that was totally messed up. We get drenched, it was raining and the path we were taking was full of mud and slippery. We need to climb about 25 feet. And if we climb enough and had a fall we will strike the rocks of the waterfall and would seriously injured ourselves. So it was a tired some and risky climbing. It took about 25 mins for all of us to climb that little distance. We were slippering and starting again, waiting for others. When we climb up we found that the waterfall we crossed is the extension part of another waterfall name Kupikatakhum. And This one have some bad records. Many tourists have drowned in the Kupikatakhum. It is the most deepest waterfall of Napittachora and the water force is too high. As we were covered with mud so we dare to take clear picture of the waterfall. In the picture the waterfall seems small but it is the devil.

IMG_20200817_175214.jpg

Then again we started our trailing after the 20 feet we walk a little plain land and then we climbed about 50 feet straight. And it was really adventurous. We were climbing through bushes and trees. After climbing we take rest have snacks and water within 10 minutes and started to walk again. And now were in the deep forest of the hill.

IMG_20200817_175813.jpg

Now we were walking through the stream there were no roads no track. We were following the water current and searching for waterfall. The trail was going pretty well. There were huge rocks on our way, sometimes we need to climb the rocks to go forward.

IMG_20200817_175755.jpg

The calmness of the nature, the sound of the water stream, roads with lots of obstacles it is a perfect wild tour. After tracking for hours we reached a place where the stream was divided into two. So now we need to take one. We choose the right side and started to walk. We walked for another half an hour and suddenly started to hear noise of water falling. We were now sure we gonna met another waterfall soon. So we speed up our pace and within 15 mins we reach our desired water fall. It is called The Baghbianikhum. The height of water fall was more than 80 feet. The noise of the falling water was carrying our tiredness away. We sat on the water, bathed there. We were surrounded by hills and trees and infront of us the water fall was standing. It was worth than our pain. We enjoy the views for 15-20 mins and again started our trailing for another one.

20190819_100721.jpg

Now we were headed for the place where the stream was divided into two. We return through the same path. While we were returning we met a group of tourists who were also going to Baghbianikhum. So they asked us how far they need to travel more. We assure them they were pretty close only a couple of minutes. Now we were taking the left road. There wasn’t much of rocks on the left side, but there were some wonderful little cascades on the way. They were beauty. Water was falling over the black rocks and we could see them closely, cold water was passing beneath our legs.

IMG_20200817_175324.jpg

After walking for 15-20 mins we reached Another waterfall. It is called The Bandarkhum. There wasn’t much force of water in this waterfall but it was bigger than the earlier one in width and it’s height is more or less equal to Baghbianikhum. The sunlight was falling on the place. There was a deep lacuna beside the fall. We rest there, get drenched and enjoy the beauty. As the sun was shining brightly we could see that vapour was coming out of the rocks. Now its time to leave.

IMG_20190819_111223-01.jpeg

We couldn’t return the same path we came through, we needed to take other side of the hill. So we started to find our new path. The climbing down was easier than the climbing up. We were pretty tried while we were returning. The hills the Beauties were falling behind and we were going forward. After climbing down we took a stream to reach the village. Again the pebbles thing came up. We injured our legs and seems we weren’t moving our legs they were going on their own. After reaching the village we had our lunch. We weren’t sure if the food was delicious or we were too much hungry. We ate with our heart content. Took some rest there and it was about 2:30. We leave for the hotel. We returned the same way we had came. After reaching hotel we were preparing for the GiuliaKhali sea Beach.
