The T-shirt of the character on the left has the number “1312” written on it, a common code in street culture and characteristic of the anarchist movement ACAB (All Cops Are Bastards). The number 1312 is used as a synonym for ACAB, which results from replacing the letters with the number they occupy in the alphabet.
On the right side of the mural is the Pokémon Mewtwo, represented in a style that mixes the aesthetics of the game with graffiti. This piece of urban art uses a saturated color palette with strong black outlines—characteristic of the cartoon or comic book style applied to graffiti.

Os Postos de Transformação e Distribuição (PTD) são infraestruturas urbanas onde a energia elétrica é transformada e distribuída para o consumo final (casas, indústrias, comércios). Estão espalhados por diversos pontos das cidades, vilas e aldeias, e garantem a entrega de energia elétrica com qualidade e segurança. Normalmente, pelo menos na minha cidade (Coimbra, Portugal), são spots pouco estéticos e não se enquadram no espaço envolvente.

Talvez por isso, além da função de distribuírem energia, fazem de suporte à arte de rua. Como neste caso, na Rua Dr. Augusto Marques Bom. Nesta zona muito urbanizada há diversos locais de lazer e desporto; parque de skate, campo de basquetebol, futebol e parques infantis. Durante a semana é mais frequentada por jovens mas, no final de semana, é um local de encontros geracionais.

É um mural que nos remete para a Cultura Pop, com mensagens políticas e intervenção urbana. Foi feito durante a pandemia e inclui figuras humanas estilizadas, todos usando máscaras. A t-shirt da personagem da esquerda tem a inscrição do número “1312”, um código comum na cultura de rua e característico do movimento anarquista ACAB (All Cops Are Bastards).
