Melbourne is a city that likes to define itself by it's street art
You can't spend anytime outside without encountering an artists view of the world.
Although some of it, like this eagle moves around, on the side of a freight train this bird has probably seen more of Australia than I ever have.
But it's down the alleyways, the back walls of factory buildings that you find the most work.
Taking the grey, the mundane the unloved and making it something more, something to be discovered to be pondered, maybe to be regretted.
But the pieces that always get to me are the personal ones, the ones that are hiding a story, a tribute to Elly from Maxy.
That is impressive artwork. That's one thing I like about hive. I feel that it gets us in the habit of looking for hidden gems. I appreciate the tribute also. Thanks for sharing !LUV .
