It's a legal graffiti wall, anyone that has an idea, is allowed to register and then paint a picture there.
Well that's not nice to scribble on other's masterpieces this kind of things, but that's just how it is.
These are only about 30% of the paintings in there, there is much longer ones too. I will probably go one day and take pictures of those too.
This wall seems to be famous for Street Art in Estonia... Stunning works, especially the lettering. 👍
