“Leave Excuses Aside: A 20-Minute Home Workout Plan!”

In my previous post, I told you that dedicating just 15–20 minutes a day can help you build a healthy and strong lifestyle. Now it’s time to show you step by step how to do it.
You don’t need to go to the gym or buy expensive equipment. All you need is a little motivation and a determined 20 minutes!

20-Minute Practical Workout Plan
1.Warm-up (3 minutes)
Neck, shoulder, and arm circular movements
Light jogging, jump rope, or spot jumps
2.Strength & Cardio Circuit (12 minutes)
Do each exercise for 30–40 seconds, rest for 20 seconds in between.
Squats
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Lunges (each leg)
Plank
👉 After completing these 5 exercises, rest for 1 minute and repeat the circuit 2 more times.
3.Stretching & Cool Down (5 minutes)
Hamstring stretches
Back and shoulder stretches
Deep breathing and relaxation exercises
