Depends on the amount you add, in this case it was very little, barely tastes. Some people like more than others, so you can dose it to your liking. But I confess it does add an extra caramelizing taste and it helps humidifying the !PIZZA if you are strategically balancing the contents.
It can be quite technical :P the way you build pizzas 🤣
