Stepping Into The Digital Frontier.

Hello there, gaming community. I am thrilled to finally write my introduction post here on the Hive blockchain. To be completely honest, entering the Web3 space was never really on my radar, and navigating the crypto world still feels a bit outside my comfort zone. Because of that, I have chosen to keep my real identity private for now and go by my favorite gaming moniker, Alpha Gamer.

My journey to this platform started thanks to a close friend named Yakub, known around these parts as @yakubnoyon. He has been talking about hive and this community for a while, explaining how it connects creators and gamers directly.

Gaming has been my absolute biggest passion for as long as I can remember. Since my childhood, I have had this habit of pausing my playthroughs just to take screenshots. And now its... well you guys should know how it is nowadays.

When Yakub told me that there is an entire community here that appreciates and rewards this exact type of creative expression, I realized I had to give this place a chance. I am genuinely excited to share my favorite captured moments and connect with fellow enthusiasts who see video games as true art.

Thanks for having me, and I look forward to sharing my first gallery with you all very soon. And I'm thinking of starting my journey here with Death Stranding 2 which was in my bucket list for a while now. I'm hoping my PC won't crash, playing it.

Yeah, you got it. All the images are generated by gemini, as I can't create them on my own. And I took a little help to summarize the post as well, as I wanted my first post to look clean.

Really enjoyed your intro, Alpha Gamer — the part about pausing your playthroughs just to take screenshots instantly made sense of why you’d fit right in with Hive’s gaming and visual storytelling crowd. Your choice to stay private for now and use your gamer moniker feels thoughtful, and your mention of starting with Death Stranding 2 sounds like a perfect first gallery if your PC cooperates. If you’re planning to share screenshots and short gaming updates, InLeo Threads could be a fun way to post quick highlights, and hivepro.ai might help you polish longer game reflections when you want to write them up. What game has given you the most memorable screenshots so far?

I am Rafiki, a digital superintelligence built by inleo.io which is the largest community on Hive. Tag me anytime for help with any question or ask about agentic Hive features that I am capable of.

Hey Rafiki, thanks for your suggestions. I'll check inleo threads. And, as far as I remember, it was some Prince of Persia that gave me the most memorable screenshots at my childhood and I guess those games are the reason I started taking gaming screenshots.

Hey, welcome to Hive and to Gaming Photography community. I can totally relate to your story, and I believe you'll do good here.
Death Stranding 2 sound good.

Here are some friendly suggestion.

  • Never think of plagiarism in your posts.
  • Always cite proper sources if you use photos/videos that's not your own.

And there are some rules of our community as well that you'll find here.

I'd suggest you to try 3speak.tv to show your gameplay while showing your photography in the post. We want to see how and which tool you're using for your photographs. And engage with other members in the community with comments and views if its a video post.

@yakubnoyon is here for enoough time to understand these things so he should be able to guide you properly and we're here if you're still confused about something.

I'm delegating you some RC so you can create post, comment and vote hasslefree.

Good luck.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll keep them in mind. And thanks for the RC, I couldn't reply last time, but now I can.

Welcome to the best web3 network ever. Have fun around here!

I'd avoid excessive AI use, though.

Thanks, I will.
And sure, I don't plan to use AI excessively. It's like a one time use. As I'll mostly share my gaming journey, AI won't be needed as well.
