I met Irwin again, and he set me up with a car to enter the demolition derby. Winning was the only way to reach Mickey and Lou at their dinner party. Once inside the arena, I learned it was not a normal race but a brutal fight to survive against armed highwaymen.
I had to meet Irwin again, as he got me a great car to drive in the demolition of derby. The winner gets to go to the big dinner party, and with Frank gone, his spot in the race is mine. Mickey and Lou would be at the dinner, so I'd need to win the race to get to them.
I put on the racer suit from his stash bag, and then Irwin drove his car to me after some hours in the dark. I thought he'd go with me, but I had to drive to the arena alone.
When I drove to the arena, I noticed it was the same place where I saved a lady from the highwaymen once, and she became one of my companions.
After entering the arena, I had to reach the starting line, and when I did, I noticed highwaymen in different vehicles ready for the race.
When the race started, the others were not going for a finishing line; they started shooting at me. I understood this race is about eliminating everyone and becoming the last man standing, but the highwaymen were shooting at me only.
I tried to drive away a little, but I ran over a bike, and then I had to shoot some of them as they were close by.
There came more vehicles from the outside, and those who were already inside kept attacking me like they were born to kill me.
I ran over some pink flared boxes to get ammo after eliminating some opponents.
I kept trying to escape their wrath, but they were bumping into me. Some bikers would go under my vehicle directly as if they were ready to die to kill me.
