After leaving the fort, I commandeered a jeep, accidentally collided with an enemy horseman, and eliminated a prisoner transport. After crashing the jeep off a wooden bridge, I traveled on foot to the camp, delivered the uranium to Juan, and received a Supremo backpack and a Flamethrower.

After I finished my task at the fort, I came out to the front door and found this jeep that I planned to take as my getaway ride. I jumped into the driver's seat and cranked the engine, ready to speed away before any remaining guards realized what had happened.

On my way down the hill, I noticed an enemy was riding a horse for the fort, and I ran over them. I found both the horse and the enemy soldier on the ground dead. And yeah, I felt sorry for the horse.

Deciding not to do it again to avoid any innocent animal casualties, I took down two more enemies on my way who were transporting prisoners along the road. I ran over on one of them and shot the other one from the window, allowing the captives to escape.

I passed the check post that I liberated last time, waving to the freedom fighters now holding the barrier, and then I passed some villagers on my way.

When I knew I was done using the concrete road and I had to get into the muddy road to reach the hidden camp, I decided to take the jeep along. The tires spun wildly, struggling to find grip in the thick, wet sludge.

Then suddenly, I fell off a narrow wooden bridge while trying to negotiate a sharp turn, taking the car along into the ravine below. The jeep got stuck deep in between the rocks.

Knowing I wouldn't be able to get the jeep back out of the ravine without heavy equipment, I abandoned it and started running toward the camp on foot.

After getting there safely, Dani found Juan working on something complex at his outdoor desk, and then he gave the uranium to him. Juan grinned widely, carefully inspecting the radioactive canister before setting it down on his cluttered workspace to begin assembly.

Juan used the uranium to finish what he was working on and made this special backpack for Dani named Supremo and handed him over a Flamethrower as well. And then I had to craft the gears using the workbench to finish this mission.
How about we continue in another post?

That jeep getaway was an absolute blast right up until the bridge incident. It is a shame about colliding with the enemy horseman. Killing the horse is definitely the tragic part of that high-speed exit.

The moment the jeep fell off the bridge seemed like an action movie. The photos of the vehicle stuck between the rocks looked cinematic.
The change from the intense fort mission to the chaotic jeep escape was really entertaining. Running over the horseman by accident felt so realistic for a moment.
