A grenade and a close-range shot nearly dropped Ellie, but I held my ground on the truck and cleared the remaining WLF soldiers outside the hospital. After healing, I pushed inside the perimeter where I used a mix of arrows, stealth grabs, and clean shots to eliminate every guard on the ground floor.
The WLF soldier who damaged me with a grenade rushed to me next and put a bullet in me, which damaged me more. Ellie lay down on the roof of the truck after getting shot, and then my primary focus was shooting that soldier down.
I lost a good portion of my health, so I had to use a fast aid right away, and it was good that there were no more soldiers around for the time being, so I took this chance to use a med kit fast.
The dog kept barking, but I knew he was no threat as long as I stayed in the truck. So I focused on the human enemies first. Then another WLF soldier came close, and I shot him down.
Then I noticed this lady shot me from the hospital perimeter, and her bullets made Ellie fall down again, and I had to shoot her in that situation. Then I noticed another soldier inside the hospital perimeter whom I shot down using the sniper rifle.
I understood there were no more WLF soldiers in the open. There were more, but they were inside the hospital perimeters. So I had to get inside. Before getting off the truck, I shot down the dog.
After getting inside the hospital perimeter, I noticed two WLF soldiers looking around for me. I shot one of them with an arrow, so the other one didn't hear anything. And then I went for that one, and I took him down in stealth.
Then I noticed a third soldier searching for me in another part of the hospital. He didn't notice the bodies I had already left there, so I went towards him silently.
I crouched towards the soldier quietly, and then I grabbed him. Ellie advised him to be quiet, but he was saying she had made a bad move. I slit his throat with my next move, which he couldn't mention as a bad move.
I thought everyone was taken care of inside the hospital perimeter or in that ground floor. But then I noticed there was another soldier who was looking for me around.
I let him pass the room, and then I put a bullet through his skull. I didn't even use the silencer gun to take him down, as I had a feeling there were no more enemies on this floor for me, at least for the time being.
