The Plea of a Survivor.

My hard disk started messing up, so my last gameplay got damaged. I used Canva to make a video using my screenshots

I attempted to leave the island after my game recorder malfunctioned. While searching for an exit, I rescued a woman trapped beneath concrete in a towering ruin. After igniting a path forward with my spear, I safely returned to my mount.

And I'm sharing this post for the Gaming Photographs Contest.

Starting with me riding out of the dig site, I was trying to get back to the shore where I had left my boat. I remembered leaving it there when I first arrived on this island to begin the mission.

After running around the coastline, I noticed there was only the vast ocean ahead of me. I realized I couldn't simply swim back to the mainland from that distance.

I rode back to the Quen camp, hoping to use the fast travel option. Unfortunately, the map was not working correctly, forcing me to find the other way off the island.

While riding towards the beach where I first landed, I met a man who asked for help. He mentioned his friend was stuck after climbing a nearby tower.

I decided to help and started climbing the towers using various handholds. I had to execute a risky jump between the decaying structures to reach the upper levels.

After all the climbing and gliding, I found the lady was stuck badly. She was pinned under a heavy piece of concrete within the high-rise ruins.

I used my spear to pry away the concrete so the lady could crawl out. Fortunately, she was not injured and asked me to find a way down for her.

The lady pointed out a hole in a wall that looked like an exit, but it was at a significant height. I navigated the walls to reach it.

I found a patch of Firegleam on a wall and ignited it using my spear. The resulting explosion destroyed the wall and created a safe exit path for us.

From the new opening, I could see both my mount and the man waiting on the ground. I realized this wall had been intact when I was climbing up.

I jumped off the ledge, knowing the lady could now climb down safely. I stopped riding shortly after when I found some striking scenes in the around.

The next post will be coming soon. Screenshots are my take from the game and I took the game logo that I used on the thumbnail picture from online.

SEE YOU.

Entering this for the Gaming Photographs Contest is a great idea. The contrast between the ancient ruins and the vast ocean makes for some very cinematic shots. Good luck.

That jump between the decaying structures looked incredibly risky. I noticed in the video that you almost fell down.

Congratulations @frankevor!
You raised your level and are now a Minnow!

I'm sorry to hear about your hard disk acting up. It's a real pain when gameplay gets damaged, but you did a fantastic job putting this together with screenshots and Canva instead. I also tried Canva for some videos before starting showing my real gameplay here.
The last two photos should be enough for you to get a winner position of the contest, good luck with that.

That unexpected detour turned into such a heroic moment. What started as a simple attempt to leave the island became a full rescue mission inside towering ruins.

Freeing the woman trapped under concrete was intense. Using the spear to pry her loose and then blasting the Firegleam to create a safe exit was clever.

I liked how you adapted to the technical issues. Using Canva to tell your story through screenshots is a creative way to keep your followers updated on your journey. Great gaming photography.
