I departed the island by boat under a beautiful moonlit sky. After a suspiciously fast mount summon on the mainland, I stumbled upon a group of racers. Despite being shot from behind and forgetting the controls, I reclaimed the lead and won the beach race.

I was riding toward the beach where I left my boat to get off this island. I noticed several machines lurking on my path, but I decided to ignore them to save time.

After reaching the boat, I noticed a dead body pinned right under a machine carcass. I hadn't noticed this grim detail when I first arrived on this island earlier.

I went for the boat and Aloy started pushing it toward the ocean. A cinematic played showing her riding across the waves during a beautiful moonlit night toward the distant shore.

She reached the other side while it was still nighttime. After hitting the beach, I called my mount, and it appeared to travel from the island to me in a single second.

I started riding for the base to talk to GAIA, but I ran into a racer group I had challenged before. They offered a rematch on the beach and I accepted.

They challenged me again, and I didn't hesitate to try one with the beach.

My last race was a long time ago, so I almost forgot the controls and needed a moment to adjust. I struggled initially to find my rhythm on the sandy trail.

Suddenly, I got shot from behind and almost fell off my mount, but I held on tight. After recovering, I began taking down both the racers in front and behind me.

We reached an open beach where I noticed massive machines in the ocean. The commotion of our race even spooked some flying machines as we tore through their territory.

I got slowed down a few times, but I always fought back to my position. I rode through even more machines on the track and finally finished the race in first place.
The next post will be coming soon. Screenshots are my take from the game and I took the game logo that I used on the thumbnail picture from online.
SEE YOU.

The boat ride under the moonlight sounded beautiful and calm. After everything on the island, that quiet moment with Aloy crossing the ocean felt very cinematic.
The beach race part was intense and fun. Getting shot from behind and still holding on shows great control and focus during the chaos.
The cinematic of Aloy crossing the ocean was so peaceful. It was a nice contrast to the high-energy race that followed immediately after. Great photographs.
Getting shot from behind is the worst part of any races. I am glad you held on tight and gave those racers exactly what they deserved.
Excellent work reclaiming the lead. Winning a race after a slow start shows that you've really mastered the mount mechanics.
Your level lowered and you are now a Red Fish!
