While heading to the wells, a hidden enemy transformed into a deadly Lamentation, forcing me to use a Tengu grapple to recover on a roof before killing it. I then cleared out guarding Rugged Walkers and Paper Dolls using talismans and fire elements while avoiding patrolling Rainwalkers.

So I was going toward the wells to cleanse them of their spiritual corruption, but suddenly I was noticed by this Forlorn at a park. The spirit twisted violently, transformed into a Lamentation, and started chasing me down the paved path.

These Lamentations are really scary and they are tough entities to fight in close quarters due to their screeching blasts. So I ran backwards to get some distance and then I tried to take it down from afar, hoping it wouldn't follow me up on a roof.

But while I was fighting it, getting close, as I got bored of just chipping away at its health bar from the street level, it started attacking me hardcore. I was almost dying on the asphalt, so I used a Tengu to grapple up and I got healed real fast.

After I healed myself with my spectral energy supplies, I started attacking the demon from that roof, firing energy arrows down at its glowing core. At last, I got to take it down, watching its dark form dissolve.

I continued moving toward one of the wells through the residential sector, and finally I noticed two demons guarding this alleway. I took down this Rugged Walker in stealth, carefully striking when there was a Paper Doll right around the corner.

Then first I took cover behind a wall that didn't let the demon see me while it drifted past. And then I took it down using a talisman, sticking the paper ward directly onto its spectral form to trigger a silent purge.

I reached one of the wells that I found was heavily guarded by a small army of demon. There were some Paper Dolls, a Rain Walker, a Rugged Walker and there was a heavy Rage Walker as well patrolling the immediate perimeter.

I started attacking the Paper Dolls with fire element spells, exploiting their natural weakness to heat. I was taking them down from the roof safely when the other demons were walking right beside them, but they didn't understand a thing.

Then I decided to go for the Rage Walker when a Rain Walker and another the Rugged Walker was walking by the street below my vantage point.

When I was waiting for the perfect opportunity to take down the Rage Walker without triggering a massive street brawl, I noticed there was this Rainwalker guarding the path ahead closely. I had to wait for a moment there to find the perfect opportunity to strike.
