I eliminated a specialized butcher-like Rainwalker and cleared a series of corrupted trees within a hazardous construction site. Despite taking heavy damage from Rainwalkers, I successfully cleansed the area, utilized a delivery booth to transfer spirits, and encountered a unique umbrella-clad spirit while heading toward the Kagerie observation deck.
After taking care of the wanderers, I went for the special Rainwalker. She was guarding a corrupted tree and holding a kitchen knife like a butcher, but I took her down easily by destroying her core from behind.
Then I destroyed the corrupted tree, where I found some spirits that I absorbed in my Katashiro. The area felt lighter once the dark influence of the twisted branches was finally removed from the site.
I explored around and noticed multiple corrupted zones around this under-construction site. All of the zones were guarded by multiple Rainwalkers who stood watch over the swirling black and red energy roots.
When I started destroying the corrupted trees, I was detected by the others. They were throwing banners at me with supernatural force, and I was taking good damage before I could find proper cover.
I tried to keep my distance from those brutal Rainwalkers to recover. When I noticed there was only one left, I went closer and I broke his core, ending the threat in that specific sector.
I cleansed the entire area and absorbed as many spirits as I could, but my Katashiro were filled. I found a delivery booth close by where I did the job of transferring them to safety.
Then I went back into the under-construction zone as there were some leftover spirits that I had to absorb later. I made sure to double-check every corner to ensure no lost souls were left behind.
I was heading towards the Kagerie observation deck when I noticed a spirit disguised as a little guy with an umbrella. He was standing right beside a corrupted tree.
I went close to it and I tried to take it down, thinking it was an enemy. However, something else happened which is, I somehow absorbed the spirit peacefully without hurting it, unlike the hostile visitors I usually fight.
Then I destroyed the corrupted tree to clean my way ahead. I found more spirits that I absorbed in my Katashiro, and fortunately, they were not filled yet, allowing me to continue my journey.

I like how cleansing each zone slowly brought peace back to the area. That enemy at the beginning looked cool holding the kitchen knife. Gladly she didn't get a chance to chop you as a potato, lol.
