Loss of KK's supernatural abilities forced a shift from aggressive combat to desperate survival. With only a bow and a few arrows left, the encounter with a fireball-throwing paper doll became a frantic retreat. Stealth proved to be the only viable weapon against the demons during the long trek back to the apartment.
After losing KK's power and becoming a normal human, I thought I'd get to the apartment without any hassle. I couldn't believe my eyes when a handful of demons blocked my path ahead.
I didn't have power in my veins, but I had a bow and a few arrows. I shot a paper doll, but she began throwing fireballs at me once I ran out of ammunition.
All the demons started chasing me, and I ran around to find safety without a fight. That's when I noticed a Rainwalker directly in my path, whom I also had to ignore.
After running a good distance, the demons finally stopped following me. It was a huge relief, otherwise it would have been nearly impossible for me to survive in my current state.
I noticed a Kuchisake guarding the side I needed to approach. I quickly hid and waited for it to turn away so I could sneak past without being spotted.
While waiting for the demon to turn around, I stayed out of its sight. Facing a Kuchisake without powers is a literal nightmare, so I moved very carefully through the shadows.
I realized the path I originally used to get here was now blocked. This forced me to look for an alternative way to reach my destination through the surrounding buildings.
I started climbing the stairs to get above the street level. Once I reached the other side, I looked back and noticed the Kuchisake was climbing down toward the water.
After climbing the stairs, I found a Rainwalker standing right in my way. There were no alternative paths on either side, leaving me with a very dangerous situation.
I moved in close and realized I could still take enemies down with stealth. It felt like the only leftover power I had, and I used it to neutralize the threat.
The rest of the stairs looked clear, but I eventually reached the side of the Torii gate surrounded by demons now. I finally found a door that led out of this dangerous area.

Going from an aggressive fighter to a normal human is such a massive shift in gameplay. Running out of arrows while the demon was throwing fireballs looked like a total nightmare.
It is interesting that stealth is the one thing that stays consistent. Using that final power to neutralize the Rainwalker on the stairs was definitely a lifesaver for you.

Excellent work staying patient while the Kuchisake was on patrol. Rushing in that situation would have been fatal, but your timing was perfect.
