I used my grappling hook to reach a high balcony, then checked on the vast cityscape before battling Wanderers and Rainwalkers. After discovering a blocked entrance and equipping powerful Gust Beads, I reached the Kagerie observation deck. There, I spotted Hannya through binoculars, who revealed their hidden underground base of operations.

I used that Tengu as a grappling hook on a balcony and teleported there instantly. It was the quickest way to gain a vertical advantage over the supernatural threats prowling the streets below.

After getting to that height, I stopped there to check around. I was truly amazed by the cityscape; the urban sprawl felt incredibly vast and detailed from this high vantage point.

There were some Rainwalkers on my way whom I started shooting with arrows. However, some Wanderers in the air started attacking me, so I had to focus on them instead for the moment.

Funny fact is I attacked this Rainwalker a moment ago, but he somehow forgot me. I got the opportunity to get close and take him down easily while his back was turned.

There was a corrupted tree blocking an entrance to some valuables. I could not cleanse this part because the core was positioned on the other side of a thick glass door.

There was another Rainwalker on the way whom I shot down with my arrows. Once he was defeated, I absorbed the spirits that he had been guarding at the edge of the roof.

I was moving towards the observation deck and suddenly noticed a beautiful roof on the building across from me. I made a mental note to jump over there later to explore.

I found a small shrine on my way where I equipped Gust Beads as a bracelet. This item increased my wind element attack power by 20%, and it looked good on Akito.

As KK mentioned, I was finally reaching the Kagerie observation deck. I had to look around the city through the tourist binoculars, searching the distant streets for any signs of the masked antagonists.

Suddenly, something caught my eye, a strange glowing light. I noticed Hannya heading underground, and Akito guessed they might be operating out of there, making that my next task.

I love these graphics! You made a good review! 👍
Thanks.
It should feel annoying when the Wanderers interrupt a good sniping session on the Rainwalkers. You handled the target switching really well. And, the cityscape looks absolutely stunning in your shots.
It was annoying for sure, but I coped up.
Your strategy of using the Tengu to gain vertical advantage was brilliant. It really shows how well you understand the game's movement. It should be a satisfying way to travel.
Yeah, it is.

The view from the high balcony was amazing. The city looked beautiful as well asdangerous at the same time. By the way, nice screenshots
Thanks.
The discovery of Hannya’s underground base was a perfect turning of the story. It made the mission more serious and intense.
I never thought I was climbing to the observation deck for this binocular only. But yeah, its a good discovery.
You have a great eye for detail, noticing that beautiful roof across the way. Exploration is half the fun in a world this detailed.
Thanks, and yes,
You did a great job managing those aerial attacks while staying focused on the ground enemies. That took some serious skill. Didn't you look for way to circle back around for that glass-protected core?
No, I didn't, cause I didn't see a way around.
That Rainwalker literally had one job and he just forgot you were there?? HAHAHAHA, lol.
Your enemies thinking they can hide underground is cute. They clearly don't know who is tracking them now
Yes, lol.
