I fought through soldiers and navigated tricky floating rocks to reach the quarry after entering the mining area. Under a storm-like sky, I neutralized Hiss clusters and heavy soldiers from a distance. Finally, I gathered three missing circuits to rig and detonate a wall of explosives, which cleared my path.

After entering the mining area, I noticed the place was filled with Hiss soldiers, who started attacking me right after I got inside. They came from the shadows between the massive digging machines, forcing me to immediately draw my service weapon to avoid being overwhelmed by sheer numbers.

While I was taking some of them down on my way, I kept running towards the quarry despite the constant gunfire. I knew staying in one place for too long would surely lead to being cornered by reinforcements.

This part was a little tough to pass, as some floating rocks kept floating up and down in a shifting pattern. I had to try twice to get past them, timing my jumps carefully so I wouldn't fall.

At last, I reached the quarry area where the part above looked like a collapsing sky with a dark cloudburst. I could see the whole area was filled with black rocks that seemed to absorb the light, creating a very eerie and hostile atmosphere.

I went ahead, and some Hiss soldiers started attacking me as they saw me crossing the open ground, so I had to take cover behind a large rock. The red glow of their eyes cut through the gloom, making it easy to track their movements.

While there were a lot of Hiss soldiers around, along with some heavy ones, there were these Hiss clusters that I had to take care of first. I knew if I didn't destroy the clusters, the soldiers would keep getting healed or protected by the resonant energy.

After taking care of the cluster, I took down the heavy Hiss soldiers who were, fortunately, not coming close to me during the fight. I could take them down and take some time to aim for their weak points, and eventually shattered their armor and cleared the quarry floor.

Then I had to reach this part where I found a wall of rigged explosives, but some circuits were missing. I attach the circuits needed to explode that wall.

After I added all three circuits, I ran to this control panel. From there, I pushed the kill switch that rigged the explosives, and that wall exploded for me.
To be Continued...

I liked how the combat wasn't just about shooting enemies endlessly. Prioritizing the Hiss clusters first added a tactical layer to the fight.

That quarry fight looked really hard. The floating rocks and nonstop Hiss attacks made the whole area so dangerous and exciting. You did a great job clearing the enemies and blowing up the wall.
